* There are four 0-10V sensor connectors (1, 2, 3, 4).
* There is a holder for 2 AA batteries.
* A DC jack (7) is used to supply the node and sensors from an external 9-24 V power supply.
* There is a green LED (6) that blinks rapidly when the node is unlinked.
* The blue hinge can be removed for easy routing of cables as described in [enclosure-opening](https://help.boomerang3.com/win-gateway-installation-manual/mechanical-installation/enclosure-opening "mention").
* The cable slots (8) are used to route the sensor cables as described in [cables-routing](https://help.boomerang3.com/win-gateway-installation-manual/mechanical-installation/cables-routing "mention").
* The sensor and power cables can be fastened to PCB holders (9) using cable tie wraps as shown in [cables-routing](https://help.boomerang3.com/win-gateway-installation-manual/mechanical-installation/cables-routing "mention").

A single channel sensor connector has 3 pins marked IN, GND and +24V.

On pin marked +24V it provides supply voltage that can be used for sensor supply. This voltage is obtained from a DC jack (7) through a 2 A Schottky diode. As the voltage on DC jack can be in the range from 9-24V the same voltage will be present on sensor connector pin marked +24V.

If the sensor is supplied from an external power supply, then the connections will look as below.
