Link/unlink node with gateway
In order to connect the nodes to the gateway, they have to be linked to the gateway via radio.
When an unlinked node has its power connected, it will broadcast its ID/EUI (Extended Unique Identifier) to all gateways within range. The EUI is printed on the sticker on the outside of the enclosure. The node will continue to broadcast its EUI undefinately until it is linked to a gateway. The LED inside the enclosure will blink to indicate that the node is in an unlinked state and tries to link to a gateway.
It is very important to link a node to the gateway immediately after inserting the batteries!
If the node is left unlinked and powered up, it will continuously try to connect to a gateway and will drain the batteries completely in a couple of days.
