Control Points
The handling of control points is described in Control points handling chapter.
This chapter presents the control points administration.
Create Control Point
To create a Control point:
Click Admin – Control points.
A list of control points existing in a selected system group will be displayed.

Click “Create Control point”.

Select system group, division, group, and object.
Enter control point title.
Set control point date and time. This is the time of the first control point expiration.
Select “Repeat” field value. The value of the field can be:
Daily
Monthly
Weekly
Yearly
Never
Custom
Select the time zone for the control point.
Optionally enter the description.
For all “Repeat” values besides “Never” you may deselect “OnGoing” checkbox. If this is done, then “End Date” field is shown which defines the date after which the control point will become inactive and will not generate reminders.

For “Custom” the form shows “Interval Type” field which can be Day, Week, Month or Year and “Every” where the number of intervals can be set which adds more options to control point definition.

For “Week” interval type days of week may be selected.

If “Never” is set, the control point is active only once, at the date and time set.

Click “Create” and sign.
A confirmation message shall be displayed.

Click OK.
The control point shall be visible in the active control point’s list.
Edit control point
Click the Edit
icon to edit the control point settings.

Modify the setting(s).
Click “Save” and sign.
A confirmation message shall be displayed.

Click OK.
Remove control point
Click the Edit
icon to edit the control point settings.Click “Remove”.

A confirmation form is opened.

Click “Remove” again and sign.
The control point is removed from the system. A removed control point can’t be restored.
View removed Control Points
To view removed Control Points:
Use “Show removed Control Points” slider to show removed Control Points.

Click “Show inactive Groups” slider again to show active groups.
