Profile settings and logout
All users despite their level have access to their own profile and the possibility to change the profile settings.
Click the
icon and select “Profile” to open the profile settings.
Logout is described in Logout and automatic logout chapter.
The profile settings form has the following fields:
Name
User name and family name e.g. John Smith.
User email address that is used as a username for login and email address for alarms delivery. Be careful when you change it because this will change your login data unless you are domain admin that uses username for login.
Username
The field that exists only for domain administrators and is used for login instead of the email address. All other user roles use the email address as a login name.
Phone Number
Mobile phone number for alarms delivery via SMS or voice mail. The number must include “+ country code” in the beginning.
Time zone
User time zone which must be set correctly to provide correct time stamps of events and alarms.
Language
Selects the display language for the user. This is the default display language after login. It can be changed temporarily for a session, using the language selection left from the profile icon.

Use PIN for signing
If user’s PIN is defined select the checkbox to enable signing with PIN.
User Devices
The list of Android or Apple devices with ICU Boomerang Mobile app used by the user.
Disable alarms
Set “From date” and “To date” to disable alarms delivery to the user during the selected period. Typically, this is used to disable alarms during user’s vacation.

A user smartphone used with Boomerang App.
Alarm Group
A table that shows the number of users that will receive the alarms for a given alarm group. It allows the user to check if disabling alarms will not leave an alarm group without an active user.
Click “SAVE” button and sign to store the modified data.
