# Create automatic report

To define an automatic report:

1. Click “Automatic Reports” in navigation pane.

2. Click “Create Automatic Report”.

3. Select the Report Type. The options are Audit, System Group, Division, Group and Object.

4. Depending on the Report Type, additional selection fields may be shown.

The list of groups is shown for the Group type.

The list of MPs is shown for the Object type.

5. The user may either choose all or select the items that will be included in the report.

6. Enter report Name.

7. Select Type of Report from Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
8. Click Create and sign.
9. The report is created.

The system will send the report according to the definition. The report form is described in chapter [Dashboard reports](/boomerang-3-domain-administrator-manual/dashboard/reports.md).
