Reference readings adjustment

The WLREF reference readings are adjusted basing on the data stored in WLREF adjustment file.

Basing on the data stored in the adjustment file, an adjustment is defined for every refererence reading. The app selects the adjustment for the calibration temperature which is the closest to the reference raw reading.

The raw reference reading is then adjusted and rounded to 2 digits after decimal point.
