# XBB006 BBO 1-Wire Gateway

XBB006 Gateway is used to connect 1-Wire sensors and sensor interfaces.

One XBB006 gateway can handle up to 19 digital temperature sensors.

It consists of:

1. DB020 Ethernet to 1-Wire bridge.
2. SN009 GLOBAL power supply.

Input 90 \~ 264 Vac, 47 \~ 63 Hz, North America, Europe, United Kingdom, and Australia blades included. Output 5V, 1.2A, micro USB type B, 1.5 m cable.
3. RD006/020 2m Ethernet cable.
4. If [FH009/FH010 environmental sensors](/bbo-gateway-installation-manual/bbo-gateways/xbb006-bbo-1-wire-gateway/fh009-fh010-environmental-sensors.md) or [XBT006 1-Wire Interface for 4-Wire RTD PT100](/bbo-gateway-installation-manual/bbo-gateways/xbb006-bbo-1-wire-gateway/xbt006-1-wire-interface-for-4-wire-rtd-pt100.md) are used then the interface is offered with a cable with a RJ12 connector. The cable length shall be adjusted depending on the installation requirements. The cable has RJ12 connector on one side and separate wires on the other side. RJ12 is connected to XBB006 gateway. The wires on the other side shall be connected to the 1\_wire inputs of the sensor or interface.

There are the following connectors and elements inside DB020:

1. Micro USB socket to connect 5V power supply.
2. Ethernet socket for network connection.
3. Three black 1-Wire sockets with BBO pinout (named '1-Wire BBO' on the picture above).
4. One grey 1-Wire socket marked BBO (named 'BBO to ICU In' on the picture above) which is an input to BBO to ICU converter.
5. Four grey 1-Wire sockets with ICU pinout (named '1-Wire ICU' on the picture above) which are outputs of the BBO to ICU converter.
6. Status LED which blinks at one-second interval when module is active.
7. RESET pins which reset the module when shorted. The reset is described in chapter 7.3.
8. An RJ12 to RJ12 cable connected between the middle black 1 Wire BBO and grey BBO to ICU In. This cable is not shown because it would cover the markings.
