Linked list empty after reboot

The gateway that was just powered on or rebooted has linked/unlinked list empty. It adds the linked nodes when they communicate i.e., send the readings. This may take quite long time depending on the node period settings.

It also will show unlinked nodes if there are any trying to link nearby, and this will happen quickly as the unlinked nodes communicate over radio frequently.
