Link/unlink the node from B3

The WIN node can be also linked or unlinked from Boomerang 3 as described in A-B3 Domain Administrator Manual.

It is more convenient to do the linking from the gateway web interface but this method may be used if there is no access to the newtork where the gateway is installed.
