Periodic Ping Reset

This setting is a simple watchdog that checks if the WIN gateway still has connection to the network gateway and can communicate with it.

It was introduced specially for Teltonika routers. Default setting is that it pings the network gateway once every minute.

It shall always be enabled for Teltonika routers.

The network admin may set the network gateway to not answer the pings and then the WIN gateway will reboot periodically so it is recommended to disable this option in all other cases by unchecking the “Enable” tick box and saving the settings.
