Remote update of S2GW app

To update the S2GW app we use WinSCP to copy the zip with new app files to the S2GW SD card and then Putty with Midnight Commander to unzip the files into /boot/ICU/.

WinSCP cannot copy the files directly into /boot/ICU/ because it has no rights for this directory.
