S2GW app upgrade

If a new S2GW application will be released the gateway shall be upgraded.

It is highly recommended to always upgrade S2GW app before the S2GW installation or during its maintenance.

The upgrade is done by writing all files of the updated version into the /boot/ICU directory of the SD card.

When you have access to the unit you can do the update by writing the files onto its SD card. When you have remote access you can do it using WinSCP and Putty. Both methods are described in the following chapters.
