B3 configuration

The S2 radio network must be defined in B3 system. In B3 an S2 Gateway type is used to handle the communication with the S2 Node Server service and its S2 radio network.

If a migration from B2 to B3 is done a migration tool and conversion tool are used to convert database and most of the S2 radio network parameters are moved to B3 system so there are only few settings that shall be updated.
