Alarm port

The external alarm port is an isolated switch output with the maximum current rating of 1.0 A and maximum voltage of 50V AC or DC.

The switch is closed when there is no alarm and opens when alarm condition is detected.

The switch is connected to pins 1 and 2 of the XLR socket.

Note that there is an error in the incubator manual where the picture points to pins 1 and 2 but text tells to use pins 1 and 3. The text is incorrect and shall be corrected by the producer.

Solder two FK002 cables to pins 1 and 2 of the XLR female plug.

B3 settings

In B3, FK002 sensor is used to observe the alarm status. Solder the FK002 cables to pins 1 and 2 of the XLR plug.

The alarm shall be raised when an opened state is detected.
