# Forgotten password

Use this when you cannot remember your current password.

### Start password recovery

On the login screen, click **Forgot Password?**

### Send the recovery email

A recovery form opens.

1. Enter the email address you use to log in.
2. Click **Send Recovery Email**.

A confirmation appears.

### Reset the password

Open the recovery email and click the reset link.

The password reset form opens.

1. Enter your email address.
2. Enter a new password.
3. Confirm the new password.

Click **Change Password**.

### Log in

The login page opens.

Log in with your new password.
