Change PIN

Update your PIN, or reset it using an email OTP.

Change PIN (you know the old PIN)

In Profile settings, click Change PIN.

1. Enter your Old PIN.

2. Enter your New PIN.

3. Confirm the New PIN.

4. Click Save.

Reset PIN (you forgot the old PIN)

1. Click Forgot PIN.

2. An OTP code is sent to your email address.

1. Enter the OTP code.

2. Click Verify OTP.

3. A form opens to set a new PIN.

1. Enter the new PIN twice.

2. Click Save and sign.

3. A confirmation message appears.

Confirmation

OTP emails can take a few minutes to arrive. Check your spam folder.
