# User

The user name is shown in the upper left corner of the window.&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/OiYjawHenVulKd1dSNlO" alt="" width="135"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

In case of Boomerang 3 calibration, it is the name of the Boomerang 3 user.&#x20;

In case of manual calibration, it is the name entered into the “Info” form as described in [Info](/boomerang-3-calibration-app-manual/calibration-app/info.md). If the name is not defined, then “Manual Calibration” is displayed.

The user is shown as the issuer of the certificates generated by the app.

Tap the name to log out.

![](/files/u5APZiEaxcf4IoZySeiB)

Tap “Yes’ to log out or “Cancel” to return to the main window.

Log out and log in are needed if you want to refresh the measuring points information provided by Boomerang 3.

Occasionally, the app may lose the logged in state. In such a case just log in again. This will not influence the active calibrations.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.boomerang3.com/boomerang-3-calibration-app-manual/calibration-app/user.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
