Menu - Administration – Object Group Management

The object groups may contain users, user groups, another object groups and devices, where the devices are PC nodes and measuring nodes.

The object group defines the scope of view for all the users with access rights below an administrator i.e. they only observe the measuring nodes belonging to their object group.

An administrator can see his object group elements. A system administrator can see and modify all object groups. Every user, PC node or measuring node shall belong to at least one object group.

To add or modify object groups, open the “Object Group Management….” in “Administration” menu.
