# Report types

There are three types of reports that can be generated:

1. Sensor report.
2. Group report.
3. Group overview report.

Please note that the selection scope for sensors and groups depends on the user scope. In the other words a user can generate reports only for the sensors he has in his object groups.

A sensor report contains separate section page(s) for every sensor selected. Each section contains:

1. Header with the system name, sensor name, report type, report period, sensor average for the period, creator name, date and time of creation.
2. Sensor information with its description, alarm filter and measurement interval in minutes.
3. Sensor calibration data, alarm limits and alarms.
4. Graph, and signed events (optional from v.2.4.14.100).
5. From v.2.4.14.100 list of measurements can be added optionally.

A group report is generated for selected groups of sensors and contains:

1. Header with the system name, group name, report type, report period, creator name, date and time of creation.
2. List of sensors showing number of open alarms, signed alarms, the latest values and date and time of the last reading.
3. List of alarms for the group and period.

A group overview report is generated for all groups of sensors and contains:

1. Header with the system name, report type, report period, creator name, date and time of creation.
2. List of groups showing number of open alarms, reminders signed alarms and date and time of the last reading in each group.
3. List of alarms for the group and period.
